This application note details an online-SPE-LC/MS/MS method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in drinking water samples which reaches the low detection levels required by EU regulations. The method couples the SP50 UHPLC system to the QSight® 400 series triple-quad mass spectrometer and requires no offline sample preparation, greatly enhancing laboratory workflows and throughput.
