As an important polymer material, rubber has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production and plays an irreplaceable role in thousands of everyday products. The study of the pyrolysis behavior of rubber at high temperature is of great significance to the recovery and utilization of rubber, as well as the improvement of processing efficiency and the study of pyrolysis mechanism.
In this study, the pyrolytic products of three rubber samples including trans-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, butadiene rubber and silicone rubber were analyzed by pyrolytic gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and the pyrolytic mechanism was also discussed.
