Air Monitoring

Introduction

The EPA Method 325 A/B, which is focused on monitoring fugitive emissions of benzene and other hazardous air pollutants at the fenceline of all U.S. refineries, took effect at the beginning of 2018. Prior to implementation, to help validate the method the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) invited Enthalpy Analytics, Inc. to participate as a primary lab in the second phase of the round-robin study. In accepting the EPA's offer, Enthalpy decide to validate the findings using the same techniques and instrumentation as the EPA, including PerkinElmer's TurboMatrix.
