The HTS maximizes productivity by significantly reducing the time required for the sample uptake, stabilization, and washout.

The High Throughput System (HTS) for the Avio® 500 ICP-OES is a built-in modular flow injection system consisting of a metal-free, 7-port valve, 4-channel peristaltic pump and a high-speed vacuum pump that expedites sample loading and washout processes. Designed to operate with Syngistix™ for ICP-OES software, it eliminates additional complex software interactions, enabling users to control all system parameters using one software platform. The HTS improves sample throughput 3-5 fold by greatly reducing sample flush, read delay, rinse, and overhead steps in the sample analysis cycle.
