Premium HATR Accessory for Spectrum One, ZnSe Trough Top Plate

This Premium HATR Accessory is fitted with a flat top-plate with a Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) crystal, allowing for simple sampling of liquids, powders, pastes, and gels.

Features of the Premium HATR include:

• Automatic recognition - as soon as the accessory is placed in the sample compartment, the HATR accessory is recognized along with its serial number, and system suitability checks can be carried out.
• Automatic optimization - the optics are automatically optimized for all types of crystals.
• Zero alignment, zero set-up - once locked into the instrument sample compartment, the accessory is ready to be used without any alignment necessary.
• Integration - the plug-in module design means the accessory becomes an integral part of the instrument once installed.

This model is supplied with flat top-plate fitted with ZnSe 45° crystal, powder press, and volatiles cover. The powder press allows for soft powders to be compacted into a film, allowing for sampling through HATR by allowing for intimate contact of the powder sample with the crystal surface. The volatiles cover is provided to place over a volatile liquid sample to allow for HATR analysis with minimal sample evaporation.
