The Avio® 220 Max hybrid simultaneous ICP-OES features a dual backside illuminated charge-coupled device (DBI-CCD) detector which simultaneously measures a wavelength range around the analytical wavelength (within a given CCD array), including the background correction wavelength(s). Unique to the A ...
The recent emergence of mRNA-based vaccines and therapies has made clear the need for reliable analytical methods that can successfully identify, characterize, and quantify mRNA. This chemical instability demands a deeper understanding of the mechanisms by which mRNA degrades, which can inform the d ...
Optical filters have many functions, including color correction, used to improve color balance in many optical systems, to neutral density filters that produce specific reduction in the level of transmitted light. The characterization of these diverse optical filter types is critical from design thr ...
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are compounds that can evaporate at ambient temperatures. They are emitted from certain solids or liquids and are prevalent in the environment. VOCs are present in homes and workplaces, originating from many sources, including household and industrial products, offi ...
The data shows the suitability of the LAMBDA 265 for producing rapid, high-quality spectra. It also shows that the instrument is able to measure the higher nanoparticle sizes, even though these scatter light to a greater extent due to the increased particle size and also settle out more quickly.
The Avio® 550/560 Max ICP-OES systems offer superior detection limits and line selection thanks to their optical system that centers on a unique high-performance solid-state detector – the segmented-array charge-coupled device (SCD) detector – with an echelle-based polychromator designed to fully ut ...
Compost or fertilizer plays a central role in organic soil fertility plans and is an essential raw materials because crop yield is severely affected. It is also bulky and costly to apply. Determining compost carryover is therefore important for cost-effective soil fertility planning. Increasing indu ...
